Three-Cheese Cauliflower Casserole

Rated as 5 out of 5 Stars

"I made this cheesy cauliflower dish for dinner one night when my husband was gone. It was so good the boys and I ended up not eating anything else but the casserole! I used fat-free milk and cream cheese and it turned out great!"

  4. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl.
  5. Transfer steamed cauliflower to a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add cheese-milk mixture and stir. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and browned, about 20 minutes.

Made this and it was super delicious. Nice creamy, cheesy sauce. Made exactly as recipe states and it was great!

I microwaved my cauliflower rather than steaming it. It's very good but IMO it needs to be seasoned with some salt, pepper and garlic powder. Will make this again. Thank you for the recipe.
