Quite tasty and my favorite method (roasting) to cook cauliflower. I think it'd be easier to whisk together the garlic,lemon juice, oil and salt and pepper before pouring over the cauliflower and tossing together. Otherwise, a sold side dish that goes with just about everything. Read More
