  • Combine oil and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Brush seasoned oil onto the polenta wedges with a pastry brush. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Place the wedges into the bowl of the air fryer, overlapping slightly if needed.

Delicious. Followed the recipe exactly. My husband loved them. The less oil, the crispier. Made the whole loaf of polenta in two batches, tossed the first in for a minute at the end of the second batch’s cooking. Will make again- May try different seasonings. Read More
