"This is my absolute favorite "go-to" green smoothie drink. It's hard to believe I can even get my daughter to drink this. Honestly, it tastes like fruit, I promise! I recommend using a high speed blender like Vitamix® or Blendtec® to turn this drink into complete liquid form."

  1. Pour water into your Vitamix(R) blender. Add grapes, banana, pear, orange, spinach, ground flax seeds, and ice, in that order. Blend until smooth and creamy.
