  • Combine blue cheese, truffle oil, and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until cheese has melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute, being careful that cheese doesn't burn.

  • Mix in mayonnaise and salt until fully blended.

Cook's Note:

You can use different oil as well, but I highly recommend using either truffle oil or walnut oil for a more complex flavor.

Husband gave this two thumbs up and said he could drink the sauce on its own. He said the blue cheese and truffle were the perfect combo. I do not like blue cheese but tried just a tad on a bite of steak. Not horrible but I think it is safe to say that if you don't like cheese you will not like this.
