This is one of my favorite recipes to make on Christmas morning, it's festive and so very tasty! The recipe is inspired by the classic holiday movie "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

  • Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and garlic; cook for 3 minutes. Add potatoes, corned beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and corned beef is browned, about 16 minutes.

it was nice but I would make the peppers as optional due to they don't get soft enough so that changes the taste of the hash. Read More

Very tasty! Next time will put veggies in a bowl to toss. Used two pans. One for chicken and one for veggies. Only used broccoli and cauliflower. Did add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to spices and added black pepper and cayenne to sauce mixture. Read More
