Super tasty! A problem I found is that once the cold shrimp hits the melted butter/oil mixture, it starts solidifying and clumping up, so it's a little difficult to toss together. I ended up spreading what had solidified over top the shrimp once in the dish. I used extra large shrimp instead of medium, and mine were done at 12 minutes, so definitely start checking before the stated 15-18 minutes. You don't want to overcook shrimp. I used Italian seasoned panko because that's what I had on hand - it added even more flavor. I also found I needed less panko than stated. I used just over 1/4 cup and that was plenty. I loved the crunch of the panko with the buttery shrimp!

This was very good. I went strictly by the recipe and I can't think of anything I would change. But, I didn't cook the shrimp for 15 minutes, more like 12 and they were done just right. I had no problem, as another reviewer did of the butter clumping up. The only problem I did have was the parmesan cheese was falling off but I attribute that to using shredded parmesan instead of grated. I would for sure make this again.
Thank you.

I love using this with all kinds of white fish and it would likely work with chicken. My pro tip is to chop your garlic then put it in the butter as it melts to start integrating the flavors early.

This was perfect! Quick rich and yummy! I added more garlic and a tad of Parmesan on top of the bread crumbs. 17 minutes. Melted the butter slowly and added the shrimp with not too much temperature difference.

This was the easiest and most delicious shrimp recipe! I followed it exactly, wouldn’t change a thing. I made it for dinner last night ,it’s now 7 am and my mouth is watering just thinking about it !
