  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  • Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.

  • Combine flour, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken strips and seal the bag. Shake the bag until chicken strips are well coated with the flour mixture.

  • Beat eggs together in a small bowl. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.

  • Dip each chicken strip into egg until well coated, then dip in bread crumb mixture to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven, flipping halfway, until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 35 to 40 minutes.

I made it exactly as written. It was very good. Crispy on outside, juicy on inside and looked exactly like the picture! It was easy to make, as I already had a pkg of chicken tenders in the fridge. I would make it again, except that I would use real minced garlic and mix the garlic in with the egg - I think it would give it some more zing. My tenders were too big for an appetizer....I cut it up and put it on a salad. It would be good on top of spaghetti and sauce. Read More

This was really good! I used all the ingredients, but I jumped ahead of the recipe. I added all the ingredients together except the egg. I did put tenders in egg before the flour mixture.
