"I developed this brownie batter dip recipe for a friend for a bridal shower and have received requests for it ever since. Ooey-gooey, chocolaty, and very sinful. Use dip with fruit, pretzels, pound cake, plain cookies (sugar cookies). I like it with strawberries, bananas, oranges, and angel food cake. We served this with non-alcoholic champagne, red wine, and white Zinfandel for a girls' night out."

  1. Combine cream cheese and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk. Add remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and mix until combined. Add flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, remaining 1 tablespoon milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth, adding more powdered sugar or milk to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
