I never followed a recipe for deviled eggs before, but this was close to my own concoction, so I did. Yes, very good, I don't eat sugar though, so I left that out. I also used Dijon mustard instead of just yellow.

Had a great flavor, just a touch too much vinegar for me, so next time, and their will be a next time, I will cut it in half.

I added the vinegar to taste since the pictures looked like the filling was a little runny. I also topped mine with a piece of bacon and chopped green onions. I really liked the addition of sweet relish in this. These were great for football Sunday!
This recipe is really good. We loved it so much we made it again the same week. There was a lot of extra filling though, so we made that with toast as sort of an egg salad sandwich
These were really good. Only issue I had with them was that the filling came out on the runny side. I wasn't that concerned about it because they tasted so good. Would make it again.
Not great in terms of flavor and they're too runny.
I halved this recipe and made as written. As others have stated this is heavy on the vinegar and the yolk part is runny. With some tweaks it could be okay but, the vinegar really over powers everything as written.
