Gradually whisk in 2 cups milk and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture has thickened and is bubbly, about 5 minutes. Add Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese has melted.

It did need more salt than the recipe called for but other than this this was perfect as written. I sometimes struggle with getting cheese sauces to melt but this one worked like a charm and was tasty. Read More
