Baked chantilly mashed potatoes with a cheese topping. You can add a variety of cheeses, bacon, or chives. I use homemade mashed potatoes, but instant work just as well.

I made these exactly as directed, using Swiss Gruyere cheese. The topping took regular mashed potatoes and turned them into something sexy, elegant and sophisticated. I'd gladly serve these at a fancy dinner party. Easy to make too! Loved them! Read More

Hubby is still stuffing his face! This is so good and easy. I used instant mashed potatoes fussed up with snipped chives and bacon bits. I used a whole cup of heavy cream because I like it and mixed cheddar and swiss. This is now on my rotation, thanks! Read More
