  1. Combine blue cheese, lemon juice, tarragon vinegar, red wine vinegar, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually mix in salad oil until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately.
