Wow this was GOOOOD! I made a double batch for two thanksgiving parties. I know this gravy will be a hit at both. I added some more herbs (thyme, rosemary, and sage), a few drops of liquid smoke, and a 1/2 tsp of truffle sauce. I was licking the saucepan clean like a kid cleaning the cake batter bowl. #YUM
