Three ingredients and 10 minutes in your air fryer are what's needed to make these keto-friendly, bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers. Try different flavors of cream cheese for variety! Thick-cut bacon does not work well, so use regular bacon. Halving the bacon lengthwise makes it easier to wrap around the peppers.

  • Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese and wrap with a halved bacon strip. Tuck in bacon ends or use toothpicks to secure.

  • Place jalapeno poppers inside the air fryer basket, working in batches to avoid overcrowding, if necessary.

  • Cook in the preheated air fryer until bacon is done to your liking, 10 to 12 minutes.

Cook's Notes:

Keep cream cheese refrigerated until ready to use.

Keep poppers warm in an oven on the lowest setting while air frying remaining poppers.

Did not change a single thing, and they were the best poppers we have ever had. Other recipes will have you cook bacon first, crumble and then mix in cream cheese mixture..... I will never do that again. So much more flavorful this way. Perfect, we loved them! Read More

I went out and bought a new air fryer just to make this. Absotively posolutely scrumptious. I bought 4 peppers and made them. I also made some bacon wrapped tater tots to munch with the peppers. I used ranch and honey mustard dips. YUMMY! Next time I will make more of each to share. Read More
