  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll into 20 evenly-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Cook meatballs in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes.

Delicious combo of ingredients, but I think they would be too salty for some. I recommend less garlic salt. I used lean ground beef and they ended up being a little dry so I recommenced serving ...
