  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cover a large baking dish with aluminum foil.

  • Mix stuffing mix and water in a bowl until moistened. Add pork, Cheddar cheese, green onion, and baking powder. Mix well.

  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place into the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 18 to 20 minutes.

yum! I used the Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix and wanted to use it up so I searched for recipes to make. This is a keeper for us. The are not as filling due to the lighter cheese mixture and not having the bisquick. I served them to friends and family beside the bisquick version I've been making for years.
