Cook's Note:

The only thing is that you should NOT use a hot sauce like Frank's(R) or Tabasco(R), as they tend to be more heat than flavor. Find ones that come in small glass bottles with pictures of people on them, like Cholula(R) or Yucatan, as it adds depth to the sauce.

Excellent sauce! It needed more hot sauce for out liking but other than that it was perfect. I made this for fried shrimp and it was a nice change from cocktail sauce. This would be amazing on fish tacos. Read More
