  1. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Whisk together until no clumps remain.


  • Cook's Note:
  • The only thing is that you should NOT use a hot sauce like Frank's® or Tabasco®, as they tend to be more heat than flavor. Find ones that come in small glass bottles with pictures of people on them, like Cholula® or Yucatan, as it adds depth to the sauce.
