So simple to throw together for a quick weeknight meal, and this did not disappoint! Everyone loved it, including my Italian husband, who is usually not a fan of "alfredo" anything. I would totally make this again.

SO GOOD!! The sauce looked really thick while I was making it but when I added the tortellini it coated them perfectly; wouldn't have wanted a thinner sauce. I put more spinach than called for and wish I put even more, but that is personal preference. The tomatoes are a must - took the recipe from a 4.9 to 5 easily, and that is coming from someone who is not the biggest fan of tomatoes!
This was delicious! Such a wonderful creamy consistency, great flavor, and great balance of the tomatoes and spinach. Will make again.
I used refrigerated spinach and cheese tortellini, heavy whipping cream instead of milk, and added precooked chicken. The only other thing i will change on the next one is I'll use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. Very good, very creamy!
I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it was very good. A kid friendly recipe all the way as its so easy to make and delicious to eat. I'll be making it again in the future.
Delicious and so easy! Husband kept repeating “oh this is a do-over”! I mistakenly bought frozen ravioli. They cook up faster than dry anyway. Whole dinner only took about 20 min to make. Sauce is flavorful and creamy. Tomato is essential to the dish as it adds a pop of freshness and acidity to the richness. Yum!
