- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot(R)) and select Saute function. Cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain if necessary.
- Stir tomatoes, rice, bell pepper, onion, beef broth, garlic, chili powder, seasoning sauce, and thyme into the pot. Close and lock the lid. Select low pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 12 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions for 10 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
