- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add mussels and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in wine, garlic, oregano, basil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; cover and cook until mussels have opened up, 3 to 5 minutes. Discard any mussels that have not opened.
- Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce and butter, and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with grated Romano cheese, lemon wedges, and parsley.
