I really enjoyed this! I made this to accompany some boneless pork chops that I seasoned with McCormick's Smokehouse Maple seasoning blend. I loved the sweetness of the mango and the crunch of the jicama, and it had a slight kick to it with the red pepper and cumin. It went great with the chops!
