  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add meatballs; cover and cook, turning frequently, until evenly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Pour cream of mushroom soup into a bowl. Fill empty can 3/4 full with milk and mix into the soup. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes more.

This is OK. The meatballs had too many crackers in our opinion. The sauce directions are confusing. The ingredients lists 2 cups of milk, while the directions state to fill only one can 3/4 full. I did that first, and it was way too thick. I ended up adding probably 2 cups total to get a good consistency. I ended up adding a big scoop of sour cream to try and give the sauce a little more flavor. Read More
