Original recipe yields 8 servings
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a baking dish.
- Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Place in the prepared baking dish. Mix cornflakes and butter together and spread on top of hash browns.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
