If you want to make a really easy, delicious honey BBQ pulled pork in a slow cooker, then this recipe is for you! I usually put this on a bun and serve with a salad.

If your roast is frozen, be sure to defrost it first.
You can use any BBQ sauce that you prefer. You can also use 3 tablespoons garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
It does not matter how big the pork roast is. If it is bigger than1 pound, then add more BBQ sauce, making sure that everything is covered.
