Set pot roast in the cooker and season with pepper and salt. Pour BBQ sauce over pot roast, making sure roast, onions, and garlic are completely covered. Drizzle honey over roast only. Cover and cook until meat is easily shredded with 2 forks, on Low for about 12 hours or High for about 6 hours. Tips If your roast is frozen, be sure to defrost it first. The size of the pork roast doesn't matter. If it's bigger than 1 pound, add more BBQ sauce to make sure everything is covered. Any BBQ sauce will work. You can use 3 tablespoons garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
