Herb-Crusted Prime Rib
If the wet rub is properly blended, it will not separate overnight.
The prime rib seasoning is 6 parts kosher salt to 1 part ground black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste or rib size.
The prime rib can be held in the oven for a total of 2 hours or so before it begins to change the degree of doneness.
