Easy and if you have sliced mushrooms fast. I halved the chicken for personal preference and added some leeks that I dried from the garden. Delicious even before I decided to add the leeks. Thanks for this recipe!
Minor adaptations but the sauce did not thicken as expected. None the less my family loved the flavor of the sauce and raved about the dish.
This was a fairly straightforward recipe, so I combined it with another recipe, Everyone's Favorite Buttered Noodles and used rotini.
My review rating is for the recipe writer BIBI... fabulous writing Bibi, I look forward to reading more of your recipe instructions! I plan to make this dish tonight over top of a bed of a wild rice blend.
Fabulous!! I ll be making this again.
I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. The sauce never thickened so I had to add cornstarch to thicken as one reviewer suggested. I think the word creamy in the title is a misnomer. If I make it again, I will cut back on the broth and maybe add a bit more cream. A reminder that if you don’t purchase sliced mushrooms, it will take you way longer than 15 minutes to prep.
It was good. It never thickened at all at the end and I finally added a little corn starch mixed with water to add a little thickness. I would double the spinach. I also had made zucchini as a side dish and that mixed well with it. Taste was really good. I would make it again.
All I did was thicken the sauce a little bit. It was very tasty. It's a keeper!
I made this. It was delicious and very tasty.
