  • Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add condensed milk and mix until blended. Beat in lemon juice and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.

  • Place in the refrigerator until set, 3 to 4 hours.
