  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • Combine hominy, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, and salt in a casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and paprika.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese melts and bubbles, 30 to 40 minutes.

Substitute croutons for bread crumbs if desired.
