  1. Combine BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte cheese with sugar until well blended. More sugar may be added if a sweeter filling is preferred. Stir in the chocolate chips; cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. To serve, scoop a serving of the cannoli cream onto a dessert plate and garnish with cookies and a mint sprig.

Great simple recipe. It is the exact cannoli cream recipe grandma used. Not sure about the “con latte” part. Also I used powdered sugar as it melt smoothly into the cheese. Cookies add the ri...

I used regular Ricotta cheese and a little extra of the chocolate chips. Even better than I imagined!!
