- Combine BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte cheese with sugar until well blended. More sugar may be added if a sweeter filling is preferred. Stir in the chocolate chips; cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- To serve, scoop a serving of the cannoli cream onto a dessert plate and garnish with cookies and a mint sprig.
