This was an alright smoothie to use up some things I had on-hand. I used spinach in place of the kale, and kept everything else as stated in the recipe. Seemed a little lacking in flavor. Maybe using a more tart apple, like Granny Smith would help. I think mine was a Honey Crisp. Read More
