Read MoreWe substituted ground turkey thigh for the pork which may be part of the reason the meatloaf tasted good, but not especially flavorful. We would up the Italian spices by 1.5-2X and add about 3/4 tsp fresh ground pepper. Folks can salt to taste. The glaze was also mild.
