Instructions Checklist

  • Combine mushrooms, avocado oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss to coat. Transfer to the air fryer bowl.

  • Cook mushrooms in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally.

Cook's Notes:

The mushrooms should be all about the same size.

I have a smaller air fryer. The mushrooms will cook faster in a larger model, so check frequently.

Made a similar dish when the in-laws were here for a visit last week but I did it in a skillet on the stove. Wish I would have discovered this recipe before that. The mushrooms absorbed more flavor in the air fryer and also got a better crisp on them. I added some chopped snap peas that I had leftover from that same dish. Not necessary but they added nice color and worked well too. This will be my go to from now on. Excellent recipe and 5 stars all the way! Read More

How could something so simple be so good? I cranked up the heat a bit for the last few minutes but air fryers vary, so just check them occasionally like the recipe suggests! Read More
