It looks like the nutrition info counts the sodium in an entire teaspoon of salt for one serving, when the recipe calls for only 1/2 tsp for the entire recipe. The salsa also adds some--the brand I use has about 300 mg of sodium in 1/2 cup, the amount in the recipe. (There may also be a little bit from the milk?) So if this makes 8 servings, that puts sodium at about 325 mg per serving.
