Strawberry-Avocado-Mint Smoothie


The combination of strawberry and mint is a flavor explosion, but add avocado to it, and you'll have the creamiest, tastiest, most wholesome smoothie you've ever had. Great way to start the day.

  • 16 fresh mint leaves, torn in half

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 (5.3 ounce) containers nonfat strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt (such as Dannon® Light & Fit)

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk

  • 1 small avocado, cut into chunks


  1. Place mint, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, and avocado into an electric blender and blend until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Adjust the consistency of the smoothie to your preference by adding some crushed ice if you want it smoother, or adding a little water if you want it thinner.
