  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Strip the membrane from the back of the ribs, cut the ribs into 4 equal portions.
  3. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, pepper, cumin, onion, and Greek seasoning in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over the ribs and place in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook ribs in the air fryer for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Brush with barbeque sauce and air fry for 5 more minutes.

If your ribs aren’t tender, I’m afraid the problem may be with your air fryer, or the ribs you used. I didn’t have the problem the other reviewer had.

Followed the recipe as written using my air fryer. Flavor and appearance were as described. There's no way however the meat is tender cooking at the time and temperature indicated. I like the...
