I scaled this down to 1 serving and added a bit of honey for sweetness before serving. I also used Barry's Tea, which is a wonderful Irish black tea. I enjoyed this, as a mid-afternoon "stress reliever". Not sure how much stress it relieved, but it was tasty! Read More
