I was a bit disappointed because the texture so bland. I thought corn would be a welcome addition and then noticed that the displayed pic had corn! I would think it may be missing from the text. Be sure to add it! Read More

We have been trying to eat more meatless meals, so we decided to give this a try. After reading other reviews, I decided a add a 15 ounce can of whole kernel corn, and I think it gave the finished product a nice textural balance. I used all other recipe ingredients as noted.
