Salmon and Bean Burgers

"My 6-year-old, who is incredibly picky, describes this as 'alicious.' Two nights ago, we were at the tail-end of our food and I decided to throw some things together and experiment. I didn't expect the kids to like this, but to my surprise, we had it two nights in a row. They LOVE it."

  1. Mix together salmon, beans, eggs, garlic powder, garlic and herb seasoning blend, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until firm, about 10 minutes per side.
  3. Serve on hamburger buns with mayonnaise.
