  • Mix Irish liqueur, coffee-flavored liqueur, and espresso into softened vanilla ice cream. Spoon mixture onto pie crust.

  • Refreeze pie, at least 30 minutes.

Cook's Note:

I do tend to add a bit more Baileys(R) and Kahlua(R) for personal taste. But be careful because if too much is added, it'll have trouble refreezing.
