Ingredient Checklist

Instructions Checklist
  • Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese. Lay shaved ham thinly over cream cheese layer. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on ham. Sprinkle lightly with carrots, followed by Cheddar cheese. Top with a light layer of lettuce.

  • Fold side of tortilla shell towards the center. Roll up unfolded sides. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Cook's Notes:

Too much of any ingredient makes a difficult time rolling. Use moderation and your sandwich will roll perfectly! Cut in half for smaller children.

May substitute different cheeses, such as Swiss or grated Parmesan. Turkey and pastrami are wonderful twists, as well! Don't like ranch dressing? Try Thousand Island instead! Remove the dressing all together and use turkey with whole berry cranberry sauce. The possibilities are endless! Have fun!
