- Cook kielbasa sausage in a deep nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, roasted red peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir and cook until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain grease from the sausage mixture and return to the skillet.
- Mix together tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl and pour over the sausage mixture in the skillet. Stir and simmer, covered, over medium-low heat until heated through, about 10 minutes.
