Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

  1. Place vinegar, oil, and seasoning in a bowl and mix.
  2. Place desired food into a resealable zip-top bag. Pour in marinade and seal the bag. Roll the bag around in your hands to make sure the marinade touches every part of your food. Place in refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
  3. Remove food and cook as desired.


  • Cook's Note:
  • If you want to use fresh herbs, that's fine. It's easier for me to use the dried herbs.
