Absolutely delicious! Tasted much like a Cajun favorite pastalaya but with a nice creamy base. Important to note that you'll want to skip using a nonstick pot because you'll want to be able to scrape the sides and and flavor the sauce with all the debris. I needed a little extra broth but will definitely make it again!

Very tasty! I did add a sliced portobello mushroom and half of a diced onion. My only complaint is that it was a tad spicy (and we like spice), but I assume that is likely due to the type of cajun seasoning and sausage I used.
Everyone in my family enjoys this. I cook brats and cut up for the sausage. I adjust the cajun to 1/2 stated amount, otherwise it is too spicy for the kids.
Very tasty, we just tweaked the recipe a bit. We used fresh baby spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms to ours and it was amazing!
super easy made it with Alfredo sauce and added more cajun seasoning
This wasn't amazing, but it was good & there wasn't much left. 'Used leftover chicken, added onion & pepper strips. Surprisingly, it didn't have that one-pot pasta texture, gummy. It didn't quite earn the "Alfredo" in its name; not that Parmesany. " One-Pot Cajun Chicken & Sausage in Spicy Cream" maybe.
This was good! I thought the sauce could have been a little thicker, but it was okay the way it turned out. Lots of flavor and the cajun seasoning I had was not all that hot, but enough. Will make again.
This was really delicious and I love that it was all in one pot. I would say for us it was a little too salty , so although I love the Cajun spice of it, I will cut down on that seasoning next time.
Love this; favorite with my family & we have it weekly. I add broccoli, mushrooms, onions, extra garlic, & double the cheese. If I don't have heavy cream I use evaporated milk & it works out great. I also use local made jalapeño sausage for flavor (Texan). :)
This was delicious!! I did add some diced onion and bell pepper when I added the sausage. This was a hit with my family!!! I will definitely make it again!
This was delicious! I followed the recipe but did add mushrooms and broccoli. That's one of the great things about this one, you can customize it how you like by adding your favorites! I think the amount of heat in the dish depends on your cajun spice you use. I used 1 1/4 T of "Slap yo mama" cajun spice and it was REALLY spicy! I will use maybe 3/4 T next time. I did put in a heaping T of sour cream to mellow it out and I think it added a little thickness as well which was nice. Overall a delicious meal and one you can definitely customize since the base of the recipe is great!
This was awesome!!! And so easy to make. I had cooked rotisserie chicken breast in my freezer so that saved some time. I used my own spices to make Cajun seasoning. Otherwise I followed the recipe. I’m sure I’ll make it again and again!
I made it but I had to make some accommodations. I used 1 tablespoon of seasoning, added a bag of broccoli normandy veggies (steamed for 4 minutes on microwave), and added a cream of mushroom soup because it wasn't creamy enough.
Was a little runny on the sauce so added some flour to thicken it. I loved the spice level!
Really easy and absolutely delicious. Cooked just as the recipe says and makes great eats when fresh out of the pot or 1-2 days later.
