4.6.20 This is an interesting twist on fresh green beans, turned out better than I anticipated. I typically would expect something like this on carrots (and they’d be good with this vinaigrette, as well), but it really works on green beans. Steamed the cut green beans in the microwave for 2 minutes, so they were perfectly crisp tender with just a bit of sweetness from the maple syrup. Thanks for sharing your recipe Dave. Read More
