  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter 8 muffin cups.
  2. Mix almond flour, za'atar, olive oil, eggs, yogurt, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups using an ice cream scoop.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

  • You can substitute thyme leaves for za'atar, if you'd like.
