  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat 24 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix baking mix, sausage, eggs, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
