Strawberry Bread Mini Loaves

2 mini loaves


  • 2 cups white sugar

  • 1 ¼ cups vegetable oil

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 mini loaf pans.

  2. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Fold in strawberries and walnuts. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean, about 1 hour.

Cook's Note:

You can use any kind of nut that you'd like.
