  • Place corn, green onions, red bell pepper, serrano pepper, Cheddar cheese, cilantro, bacon bits, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a medium-sized bowl. Stir well.

This was excellent! My sour cream had gone bad on me so I just used a little more mayo than the recipe called for. I used the chips as a dipper instead of incorporating them in the salad because there is only two of us and I didn't want soggy leftovers. I'm not a huge fan of corn but this recipe really impressed me and it is one I will make often this summer. Thanks for sharing! Read More

Easy and delicious. I thought the chips added into it might be kind of "childish" ( for lack of a better word) and didn't even thing id find that specific chip but I did find it and I did add it and In glad I did. No left overs. Read More
