Spicy Garlic Grilled Shrimp

  1. Mix shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt together in a bowl. Cover and allow to sit in a refrigerator to marry flavors, at least 4 hours.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Place shrimp on skewers. Discard excess marinade.
  4. Grill shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and meat is opaque, basting with melted butter frequently, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.

Made as written except that I only let the shrimp marinate for 1 hour. Lemon juice will "cook" shrimp so you have to be careful there. The flavors were great and this is super simple. This is sp...
